Prom - senior year |
Today I am really pregnant. Nine months pregnant. Kids are pointing, people are staring. Today the baby probably won't come so I'll head to the gym....limp to the car afterwards....then maybe take the boys to lunch. Today I'll go to the doctor. I'll hope I'm in labor but he'll tell me I'm not. Tonight Tod and I will get take-out and eat while we watch 48 Hours Mystery and 20/20. Tonight I'll probably fall asleep around 11 with my pillow fortress between my knees, behind my back, under my belly.

Alana and me seven months pregnant with Lennon |
Today in Washington DC
my best friend will be getting married. In this
beautiful hotel. In a gorgeous dress. With all her closest friends and family members present...except me. Today she will marry her love and I will be here...maybe painting my toenails. I didn't think I'd feel this sad but I am.

This baby better be a good one.

I know how you feel. When Atticus was born, Katie and I missed the grand opening of Chick-fil-a in Logan. We were so bitter about it. We almost named him Chick in honor of it, but luckily foresight prevailed.
I love how close you two are. BUT, what I love more were the sunglasses you were wearing on the beach that made you look like one of the 3 blind mice.
Tagg, a very touching story...
Ryan, good call. Those glasses really ruin the picture.
