Oh c'mon mom! What's a little ball of gum gonna hurt when you're little? I would say you don't need to worry until his next "blowout" is in the form of a bubble. Grace snuck a whole pack of gum from my purse last week and when I changed her it smelled like mint. No joke. Happy diaper changing!
